Terms of Use

Welcome to WonderWay! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our application (the "App") operated by App Tube d.o.o. ("we," "us," or "our").

By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

WonderWay is designed for children and families to create and read stories. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
  • Parental Supervision: If you are under 18, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our App uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate stories and images.

  • Appropriateness: While we implement strict safety filters to ensure content is kid-friendly, AI behavior can be unpredictable. You agree to use the App at your own risk.
  • Accuracy: AI is not perfect. Stories may sometimes contain fictional inaccuracies or nonsensical elements. We are not liable for the content generated by the AI.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App require a paid subscription (e.g., Monthly or Yearly Premium).

  • Refunds: Refund requests must be made through the platform you subscribed on (Apple, Google, or web). We do not process refunds manually.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device settings or account settings. Deleting the App does NOT cancel your subscription.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Billing: Payments are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our web billing provider. We do not store your financial information.

4. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The App, including its code, design, and graphics, is the property of App Tube d.o.o. and is protected by copyright laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the stories you create using the App. However, you grant us a license to store and display these stories within the App for your personal use.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our permission.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App.
  • Use the App to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APP TUBE D.O.O. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Novi Sad, Serbia.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
