App Tube d.o.o. ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our application WonderWay (the "App").

We operate under the laws of the Republic of Serbia and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and United States privacy laws (including COPPA and CCPA).

We adhere to a strict principle of data minimization. We only collect data necessary for the App to function.

A. Information You Provide to Us

When you create an account to save your stories or preferences, we may collect:

  • Name / Nickname: Used to personalize the user experience within the app.
  • Email Address: Used solely for account authentication and recovery.

B. Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: We collect anonymous data on how the app is used (e.g., app crashes, feature usage) to improve performance.
  • Device Information: We may collect device model, operating system version, and general region (not precise location) to ensure the App works correctly on your device.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes only:

  • To Provide the Service: To authenticate your login (via Email, Apple, or Google) and save your story progress.
  • To Improve the App: To fix bugs and optimize user experience.
  • Customer Support: To assist you if you contact us regarding an issue.

We do NOT sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

We do not collect or store your credit card or banking information.

  • Apple App Store: All payments are processed securely by Apple. We only receive a receipt or token confirming that a payment was made or a subscription is active.
  • Google Play: If available, payments are processed by Google.
  • Web Billing: Web payments are processed securely by our billing provider. We do not store your financial information.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not allow third-party advertising networks in our App. We only use trusted service providers for infrastructure and authentication:

  • Cloud Infrastructure (Firebase/Google Cloud): We use secure cloud services to store your account data and story preferences.
  • Authentication (Google / Apple): We use Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple to allow you to log in easily. These providers share your email and name with us only if you grant permission.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

Our App is designed for children. We are committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and GDPR-K.

  • Any personal data (like an email for login) is used strictly for the internal operation of the service (authentication).
  • We do not use third-party behavioral advertising or analytics that track children across other apps or websites.
  • We do not collect personal information from children for marketing purposes.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected data from your child without consent, please contact us, and we will delete it immediately.

6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Access: You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: You can correct inaccurate information.
  • Right to Deletion: You can request that we delete your account and all associated data. Use the "Delete Account" feature inside the App or contact us directly.
